Monika Morawska is a lawyer registered with the Paris Bar Association (Avocate au Barreau de Paris), specializing in all aspects of domestic and international family law. Her expertise includes divorce and its financial implications, relationship breakdowns, child-related proceedings, cross-border child abduction, and more.
She is bilingual in both French and Polish and is fully proficient in English. As such, she assists French as well as international clients in their family law disputes.
She chose to focus exclusively on family law, both domestic and international, when she was still at university. She has been granted a Certificate in English Law from Warwick University and completed a Master’s degree in Comparative Family Law at Paris VIII University. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in January 2016.
Monika Morawska is trained in collaborative law, which is an out-of-court conflict resolution process where the participants focus their efforts on reaching a mutually acceptable resolution.
She was giving lectures in family law for Master’s students at Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University. She speaks at family law seminars (Commissions “Famille”) organised by the Paris Bar Association.
She is a member of the UIA (Union Internationale des Avocats).
